Both companies were dissolved as of March 31, 2024.
Following this, Mr. Parimal Pajankar established APK Aquatech Pvt Ltd, where he currently serves as the Managing Director. Mrs. Kavita Pajankar, the other Director, oversees the day to day operations of the company.”
